EVALUATION WEEK 2:


This assignment was a lot easier than the first one. (Thanks Eefje!) 
This week has been a bit hectic, so I couldn't take a picture every day. 
But, I have managed to take 7 pictures, so everything's fine!

ASSIGNMENT WEEK 2:
After our weekly evaluation I got my second assingment from Eefje:
This week I will take pictures of nature using microphotography.
Exciting! 

EVALUATION WEEK 1:
It was not simple to take pictures that remind me of summer. 
Because summer isn't always an object. It can also be a scent. Or, a sound. Or, a feeling.
And you can't capture that on film. 
Secondly, I had to use a different color every day. That wasn't simple either.
Overall, I think I did quite well. 
Now, let's move on to the second assignment!

DAY 7:

Artichokes. 

The real summer vegetable.

I ate it once when I was little.

DAY 6:

The SUN. Finally!

DAY 5:

Some Fancy Sunglasses.

When I look through them, I see a wonderful summer world in Sepia.

I loooooove Sepia :)

DAY 4:

Freshly squeezed orange juice.

Because I'm having a lack to vitamins. 

Because it's good.

Because I think it's very "Summerish" ^^

DAY 3:

Dark clouds filled with rain and thunder after a hot summer day.

It's not the most pleasant one, but it sure gives me a summer feeling.

(Allright, I'm cheating a little bit, this picture is the same color as it was on Monday..

But I didn't have much fantasy yesterday, also I'm feeling a little sick) :( 

DAY 2:

A gentle breeze...

The summer sun on your skin...

Good friends around you...

Can You Imagine?

DAY 1:

My boyfriend and I went to the beach today and there we found some "kreukels".

He said this would be our dinner, but I prefer that kibbling we bought at the supermarket!

Anywayz.. 

These "kreukels" give me a summer feeling, because when I was little my best friend from primary school  stayed with us for a week or so on the camping and when we went to the beach we always caught these tiny things, cooked and ate them later that day.

From now on this memory will stay with me forever.

It was on a lazy Sunday when...

...a good friend stopped by to see me.

We hadn't seen each other for a long time, so we had a lot to talk about. Our lives, our careers, our friends.

Sometimes it happens, when you don't see a person very often, you don't know where to start the conversation. There has been too much going on  and you forget where you want to talk about.  With Eefje and me, it is never a problem.

But still...

We see each other too little. We both agreed about that.

So our great minds got together and we created a fantastic idea!

Recently I bought a new camera. Photography is my passion. I love it! 

But, I need to learn how to make proper photos. 

Eefje came up with the idea to make a "Daily Photo Journal". And so I did. 

Well, not quite yet, but this is the start of something amazing.

She will give me an assignment every week, and I will take photos on that theme.

I hope my camera and I will get to know each other better this way.

Also it is 100% guaranteed that Eefje and I will have better contact than before! 

So let's begin!

Take a daily picture about something that reminds you of summer. 

*IMPORTANT* Each Picture has to have a different color than the day before. 

So, 7 days, 7 colors.
